We have used ARR numerous times, with the last instance being about 2 years ago. They replaced a skylight which started to leak. Dealing with Kas was a pleasure and resulted in them getting the manufacturer of the skylight to offer a replacement and ARR replacing it at no cost. Thats standing behind their products & services! Well done Kas & ARR.

Avenue Road Roofing responded to an emergency call to tarp an exposed roof. When they arrived, they deferred to another company to do the job. They were polite and pleasant and asked for no compensation for their time. I would definitely recommend them.

I called for help with a shingle that blew off a very high and steep roof with difficult access. Our neighbour who could see it from his window had told us he can see a nail exposed and we were risking leakage.

Joe and his associate (I think his name was Kaz) showed up quickly with the truck and found a way to get up there with a humongous ladder. He then advised me that he could replace the shingle, but that for reasons he laid out including the positioning of the nail, it was at no risk of leaking and he suggested we save our money.

He flatly refused any money for this visit, despite two of them taking all this time in the middle of the day and scaling a great height on a cold and windy day.

I'm extremely grateful for their effort, wisdom, and generosity.

Jesse was very professional and helped us with ensuring our roof was in good repair. He showed pictures of what he recommended needed to be done on the roof and chimney as well as pictures of what it should look like. He was on time and took the time to explain everything. This was our second time using Avenue Road Roofing and have been happy both times.

Jesse came to our place to inspect our rooftop. He found the cause of leakage. While waiting for the quote, without hesitation, he took the initiative to put a temporary cover on an open pipe that was left open by previous contractor for free. He provided very professional service which we greatly appreciated.

Eavestrough replacement was poorly done. Downspout "Y" connection was installed with 75% blockage of one pipe by the other resulting in clogs. Water overflow to basement window-well flooded basement with significant damage.

As I used Avenue Road Roofing to replace our roof and soffits last year, I didn't hesitate to hire them again to replace our eaves and down spout.
The workers showed up on time and were friendly, knowledgeable, and replaced our downspout and the next door neighbors downspout.
We had shared a downspout with our neighbors, and while initially with Trevor, the excellent sales rep., discussed cutting the shared downspout as it was filled with mud and debris. However, the technician replaced it at no extra cost to me. Very impressed! Looks so much better! Tony, the inspector, also is very friendly and knowledgeable, was satisfied with a job well done! Will hire Avenue Road Roofing again!

We had to re-shingle the roof in the fall and our expectations were more that met with each step of the job - from the quote (Aron), to project management (Blake), to the work done, to the small follow up under warranty today by Kaz. We highly recommend working with this company - trustworthy, reasonably priced, professional, reliable.
