Just a brief note to offer our recommendation for Avenue Road Roofing, who recently completed roofing work on our home.

Although the price was higher than some other estimates we received, the additional cost was justified. Everything the estimator promised us was done. They came when promised, protected our property and our neighbour’s property extremely well. Our neighbor, commented on the exceptional cleanup of her side yard.

My husband was impressed at the speed the men worked at to complete the job. They were obviously skilled because the neighbor across the road had their roof done last spring and it took three days. ARR did the job in one & a half days. He was also impressed by their safety routine. Having worked for North York Hydro for thirty years, safety is important to him. Metal work done around our chimney, skylight and bottom roof edges looks far more professional than the job across the street done by another local company.

In conclusion; all the chaps were polite, answered our questions and left us with a high opinion of your firm. The job looks great (we chose the Landmark 30 year fiberglass shingles). As seniors, we have had many types of jobs done here over the years, and seldom have we been so impressed.
