We had a dishonest roofer start work on our roof. When we suspected something was off, we stopped the unfinished work after one day.
We called AVR the next day and they were very reassuring. Phil came out to our house almost immediately, and gave us great expert advice on how to proceed in our situation. He was also very understanding of how the experience left us feeling and how nerve wracking it was to have a tarped, unfinished roof for a number of days. He offered to be available to us by phone anytime for help and was extremely responsive to questions. The quote he provided was quite reasonable and competitive.
