I'm a stay at home mom with two kids under two. He found the problem immediately (it shook the house due to a broken shock absorber), got the part the next morning and my washer was back to normal within 24 hours. He was incredibly professional, inspected the washer for further issues/damage and...took the time to show me the problem and the fix. Definitely satisfied. I think I spent less money than I would have with Sears - and absolutely saved a ton of time. There's no reason to call anyone else when you've got Aubrey.
