We've been broken in to twice. The first time we had no alarm system. Well, not hooked up. They took over $100,000 worth of stuff that we could prove. Try listing everything piece by piece in your house. Did you have one bottle or two? How many champagne glasses were there?

It was cold. Freezing cold. The salesman came out, evaluated my needs and when the one part I really needed done was unavailable he was able to find it for us. That was Thursday night. I had to leave town Friday mid morning. Miracles do happen!

The technician guy from Atlas took 4 days to fix the old unwired system and then put in the new wi-fi system. He stood at the front door while workers came and went all day long. The hose from the carpet cleaner made sure he had no heat. He hooked up a really old fashioned HORN because 76 YO mother insisted she needed it to hear.

Using the FOB she now has a simple way to set her house alarm and she does.

Fast forward 5 years later. We again get broken into. They came in through the family room doors. The loud horn - ya, it went off. Scared the guy so bad that he ran straight out the front door. After we were notified and the police were notified within minutes we and our belongings were safe.

Customer service is awesome at Atlas. I never ever write these kind of reviews. My dentist, doctors etc have all asked and I told them no. I had to come to the Atlas website for something else and thought that everyone deserved to know that if you want to be secure, Atlas is your company. Their knowledge, customer service and their pricing is worth every dime.

At my parent's home Atlas installed a new alarms system 20 years ago with excellent service. In the same home we upgraded the system for a secondary suite that has been installed for 5 years. Since we have been very happy with Atlas, in my current home I had Atlas upgrade an old Birks Alarm system then has been running for over 5 years. Both homes are also monitored for smoke/fire too. Atlas has excellent service and even their staff over the phone is very knowledgeable and saved me on on-site service calls. Atlas has great equipment that is more costly and is not for everybody who have a tight budget. But IMO, they are the BEST!!

We decided to chose Atlas because their monthly payment was decent and they informed us that they could use our existing system. Our primary concern was that we were to be monitored for fire and this was told to Atlas several times.
The alarm started chirping shortly after it was installed and setup. Service tech on the phone says to just unplug until they can get a guy out.
Tech comes out and can not get the system to work with our existing equipment. The only way is to upgrade at a cost of around $500+. We say no thank you. Alarm is disconnected. Myself and the manager agree to void the contract since they could not deliver the services as promised.
We continued to receive bills for the 2 months of monitoring. Called the manager and he said he would deal with it.
Months later we are still receiving bills from Atlas. We try to contact the manager several times and he does not return our calls.
Finally reach the supervisor for at least the second time and he explains it will be dealt with.
1 year later we are being hassled by a collections agency for $200!

Alarm company came and did quick installation -- very pleased, easy to deal with. Two false alarms they quickly called us, we gave password, and no police were called. Been with them for 5 years. No problems.

I had a monitored alarm installed after an unfortunate break-in two years ago. The company was very approachable and offered very good service. Their quote was given to me within the two hours I first called them and the price was affordable and reasonable. They came on time and was careful in their work. I would definitely recommend this company. After the installation, I feel a whole lot safer and the alarm systems work to my expectations. Very well done.

Some of our alarms weren't working properly and a friend of mine recommended Atlas Alarms Ltd to us, I tried to contact them by phone and the staff arrived punctually and came quite quickly after the appointment was made. The staff offered an estimate clearly with detailed explanation, they inspected and installed the alarm in details and have the work done on the same day. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the price was competitive and resonable. After installing it till now, we have once falsely activated the alarm and the monitoring system have responded promptly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends in need as they do provide very good quality service.

Atlas is very quick to respond to my alarms. There are times when I accidentally set off my alarm (ie, opening the window while the 'stay' alarm is on). Within a minute, I got a call from Atlas asking whether I was alright and for me to give them my 'safe' password. They also verified several personal information of mine before hanging up. With Atlas, I feel safe and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else who is looking for a security alarm system.

They have been monitoring our home alarm for over 10 years. Whenever we have a flse alarm teh servicve is pretty good and we get a call within 2 min. We rarely have false alarms so there's not much to complain about. I guess thats a good thing

We had an alarm system installed by this company with monitoring system. The install process went smooth, and during one time when we were out of the country, they called our cell phone and when they didn't reach us directly at first, sent a patrol car to monitor our place before calling the police.

We installed an alarm system in our home so that we could feel more secure from break-ins. Atlas alarms system has been a great source of comfort in knowing my family is safe when we are not home. Their customer service is excellent and we haven't had any problems with them. On the occasions we have had false alarms, they quickly responded and checked to make sure everything was ok. The alarm system is easy to use and my 10 year old knows how to turn the alarm on and off. I would highly recommend Atlas Alarms to my friends and family.
