Jim was amazing to work with. I had four companies come and give me quotes on the house, and Jim's was by far the most thorough and gave an incredibly detailed estimate and work breakdown. He's the only one that caught that my old floor was installed on top of a pre-existing floor, and accounted for it. He also got the best rate on my hardwood floor, and was their recommended supplier (with good reason). It was a messy job as all renos are, but any issues that came up he dealt with then for me, no questions asked, until I was satisfied.
