Jim Pincoe, our Sales Representative at Aspen, was very knowledgeable and so helpful as we proceeded through the estimate, choosing the flooring, to installation and completion. (All done within a six week period). He was a pleasure to deal with. Our flooring was installed by Ray. He is a master at his craft. He takes pride in his work and boy does it show.
