I am very pleased with the product and service I received at Indo-Persian Rug Co. I purchased a stair runner and three rugs. Sabah helped us choose beautiful rugs after listening to our needs. The products were excellent quality and the prices were great. We paid for installation and the installer did a great job. Mansour also came out to our house to measure the stairs, and gave us a loaner rug when one of the ones we ordered was a bit late. We could not be happier and would recommend the company to anyone.

I purchased 3 area rugs from indo Persian rug company, one of which was a custom order. All rugs were duly delivered on time. The salesman, Mansoor, was very informative and helpful in choosing the appropriate colors and designs for my wife and I's new home.

Highly recommend indo persian rug company, for any buyers in the market for area rugs.

My experience with this company is totally contrary to the other posts I've read here. The price was great. My rug was delivered exactly when promised. The salesperson (Saleem) was very professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Never buy anything from these guys, bought a rug from Home show, $1999, was never delivered, when after 2 months I confronted them I got a manual CC receipt back, never processed. Went in 2 weeks later, got another credit, never processed. Finally escalated through Visa and am now awaiting insurance. This co. is useless, John the Sales rep should be marked as dangerours, their manager is now engaged but equally as useless. They are a joke.

Piad $500 deposit for a $2000 rug back in Nov 2008. We visited again mid Jan. Shop was open. The salesman was John. The shipment had not arrived and was advised that it should be in by mid Feb in time for the National Homeshow. I was dumbstruck to see that the shop is empty, with the floor stripped out and only one silly carpet near the window to stop people looking in (I guess). Egevn the railings they hang carpets on were not there. I paid via CIBC Visa - will try to get a refund via them.
We have purchased a rug from this store before - you get good deals.

DONT EVER PAY A DEPOSIT TO ANY BUSINESS IN THIS DAY AND AGE. WAIT UNTIL THEY HAVE THE GOODS OR YOU SEE THE GOODS THERE AN THEN.

John sold me a hall runner at the Toronto Condo Show on Saturday, October 4, 2008. He indicated that there was no refund but I could exchange it for something else if I was not satisfied. He reduced the price several times as I considered the purchase and included an underpad, which was not at the Homeshow but would be delivered to me on the following Tuesday. I agreed to the sale and carried the runner home with me. I'm quite happy with the runner but am still waiting for the underpad. It has been 8 days since the runner was to be delivered but what bothers me more is that noone has responded to my three phone calls. There is only an answering machine that says they will call back as soon as possible. I would drive to their premises, but think it would be a waste of my time and gas because they are probably closed!

I purchased an Indian rug on the condition that we could return it within 48 hours if it didn't fit our home. The rug was returned in 24 hours and the salesguy promised to put the a refund through out Visa. (He claimed the machine wasn't working.) 3 months went by before I finally managed to get VISA to take the money back. The salesperson repeatedly lied to me, made empty promises, refused to return my messages and in the end did nothing but keep my money after I returned the carpet. If it hadn't been for VISA, I would never have gotten my money back. Do not do business with these people.
