I purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set from these guys. Paid in full a day after I made my order and was promised delivery within the next few days ("by the end of the week"). After a couple of weeks, I contacted them again to see where my furniture was. They agreed to deliver all of it except for the bed as their supplier was out of stock on the particular unit I ordered. I agreed to have it delivered and was told that the bed would take "a week to ten days" to arrive.
Three months later, after I got tired of the runaround given by these guys ("it will be there in a week" was the standard answer every time), finally had enough and filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau. Lo and behold, my bed showed up within the next couple of days but the two kids that delivered it badly damaged it putting it together. After I contacted them about it, they came and fixed the crooked installation (but not the dents and scratches and the extra holes drilled in the bed). Since I've had enough of dealing with them, I chose to just let it be and am looking to purchase another bed to replace the damaged one they delivered.

This Customer had been offered money back at very beginning ( cancel the sale) and we gave him all the pieces except the bed. We gave him a standby beautiful bed to use until we replace the original one with no extra charge and free delivery. The original bed was delayed from China due to manufacture problem. We fixed the problem and still offered him money back or replacement if he is not happy with the product.
