Not pleased with the service

I purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set from these guys. Paid in full a day after I made my order and was promised delivery within the next few days ("by the end of the week"). After a couple of weeks, I contacted them again to see where my furniture was. They agreed to deliver all of it except for the bed as their supplier was out of stock on the particular unit I ordered. I agreed to have it delivered and was told that the bed would take "a week to ten days" to arrive.

Three months later, after I got tired of the runaround given by these guys ("it will be there in a week" was the standard answer every time), finally had enough and filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau. Lo and behold, my bed showed up within the next couple of days but the two kids that delivered it badly damaged it putting it together. After I contacted them about it, they came and fixed the crooked installation (but not the dents and scratches and the extra holes drilled in the bed). Since I've had enough of dealing with them, I chose to just let it be and am looking to purchase another bed to replace the damaged one they delivered.

This Customer had been offered money back at very beginning ( cancel the sale) and we gave him all the pieces except the bed. We gave him a standby beautiful bed to use until we replace the original one with no extra charge and free delivery. The original bed was delayed from China due to manufacture problem. We fixed the problem and still offered him money back or replacement if he is not happy with the product.

Terrible service

I purchased a bedroom set from these guys on April 25th, 2011. As of today, July 13th, 2011, it has not been fully delivered as yet. They delivered everything but the bed which they told me was out of stock. The delivery guys were very unprofessional, they arrived late in the evening and one of them (there were only two guys) was on his phone the entire time. A couple of pieces they delivered have slight damage (scratches etc.) but nothing major to complain about.

Every time I call or go to the store I get the same run around: "It will be delivered in two weeks. It's not really our fault, it's the supplier." When I originally purchased the set, I paid cash in full. I was told that the set would be delivered to me "by the end of the week". At this point, I am fed up with these people and their excuses and will take legal action to have the pieces I have removed and have my money refunded to me.

My advice to prospective buyers: save yourself time and hassle and avoid these guys. Pay a little more to have a legitimate company you can deal with handle your furniture needs.
