Mark Nazar and his team are complete professsionals!! Mark provided a fair and reasonable quote for our complete bathroom gut and renovation. Mark and his team are dedicated and went beyond the agreement to ensure the job was done right. He also did extras to ensure that the bathroom was perfect. He was always available by phone or email when he was not at the job site. He would keep in regular contact anwering any questions or coming up with ideas to design the bathroom. The Bathroom is amazing and is truly a "spa". I would definately, 100% without any doubt recommend Mark and his team at Artistic Contracting to anyone who needs a professional who is able to meet and exceed your expectations. Mark is very helpful, pleasant and humerous and a joy to work with.

Mark Nazar quoted the job very competitively. In spite of his being very busy at the time he helped us by completing the job on time by working evenings and weekends to accomodate the rush we required. Mark and his team were very consciencious on site. They cleaned up well after working and came up with constructive suggestions which we implemented. I would certainly recommend Mark to others.

We had Artistic Contracting renovate our home in Etoboicoke in September of 2011. We were extremly pleased with not only the level of service but also the attention to detail. The owner, Mark Nazar was pleasant to deal with and very professional. Specifically the one thing my husband and I appreciated was the fact that we saw progress every day with no time lost. Another thing that impressed us was how orgainized and tidy they left the job site eveyday.
The project ran in a good way and on time. We would not hesitate to recomend Mark and Artistic Contracting to anyone .

Mark Nazar upon receipt of the deposit agreed to start the renovation of my bathroom on May 19th with a completion date no later than June 4th.

Well he didnt even start until June the 4th so right away we were off to a bad start>

During the renovation he caused damage that left stains and water damage on my newly renovated kitchen ceiling>

After 7 1/2 weeks he finaly walked off the Job leaving me with a very unfinished bathroom. I had met all my financial obligations to Artistic Contracting and was at wits end to get Mark Nazar to complete the job. I just wanted him to focus his efforts and finish the job>

As a result of Artistic Contracting (Mark Nazar) walking off the job, I had to incurre additional expenses beyond that of his quote to complete the Bathroom with another Contractor.

Mark Nazar had indicated a willingness to pay the completion costs but when I submitted my costs he has not even replied to me

He has forced me to pursue a legal resolution to the additional costs I incurred that Mark Nazar had promised to pay .

Mark Nazar supplied a reasonable quote to complete the renovation of our kitchen and bath early 2005. The project was scheduled to be completed October 2005. Completion occured January 2006 with many problems.
Quality of the work suffered greatly without constant supervision. The final product is very nice however, the number of problems associated with logistics, supervision and trust are enough to steer us clear of any business in the future.

I was looking for an artsy finish to my basement and I looked in the yellow pages to fit my needs. I had Mark Nazzar come in and he and his team did such a good job that his price is hard to believe. To be fair he is the second contractor that I worked with but by far the best of the two. Great guy, very funny, and good price!
