Artisan Bathrooms and Kitchens - No Longer in Business

Bob Beal is a very competent, professional business man who we had installed a bathroom in out home a year ago. I contacted him to assit me with some plumbing issues I was having and Bob was able to assist me. He gave me great honest advise when assessing the situation. He is very knowledgable and is willing to assist you in any way he can. I would recomment Artisan Bathrooms to anyone. He is the best.

I recently dealt with Bob from Artisan regarding some pre-new-home-purchase consulting. I had noticed the insane prices the builder was charging for their supposed premium bathroom upgrades. I asked around to a half dozen bathroom companies, just to get a feel for what these items would cost to install after posession, and to see if doing them would be too invasive. Of the six companies I asked for estimates, Artisan was the only company that came back with an estimate as well as a description of possible options.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I will have no second thoughts about getting the work done with Artisan, should the builder not come to a compromise.

Bob did a complete ground up renovation of 2 bathrooms in our 45+ year old house. He gave us a detailed estimate and time line and guided us through all aspects of the job. He competed the work on time and within estimate. We are extremely pleased with the results and follow up and have recommended him to friends. Bob is a great person to work with and his crew was very cooperative throughout the project.

We were thrilled with the job Bob and his team did for us. They came in on budget and on time, and included a few extras that came up as the job progressed. The work area was cleaned up every night and everything was left in good shape. Most important, the finished bathroom looks amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to use Artisan for our next project!

Bob was recommended by a friend he had previously done work with. He was very responsive, careful, and not afraid to go the extra mile at no extra cost. I was most impressed by his honesty about his time: he couldn't do a full-blown renovation immediately given his other commitments, but did come in and do a scaled-down version of my project within a few weeks. I would bring him back to do more work in my loft in the future. That said, I did ask several times for some additional paperwork for tax purposes and he was neither able to provide the paperwork nor would he return my calls (even though I had paid by check)

I was pleased again by Artisan Bathrooms on a recent project. Based on their excellent work recently on my main bathroom, I had them work on a non-functioning second bathroom within my home. Bob and his team essentially re-activated the space, as well as adding some effective design choices, all on a very limited budget. Once more, Artisan exceeded my expectations on a tricky project, all providing great customer service and craftsmanship throughtout.

Bob was great in terms of project management, and helping me make the right decisions at the right time, even when it came to design choices. He and his team are very hard working, and highly responsive from a customer service perspective. The outcome was great -- I am very happy with my new bathroom.

The work was top quality, the pricing was reasonable and Bob did extras for no charge. A pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for any level of bath/kitchen work.
