Arrow Furniture

We purchased a large sectional sofa and bedroom set from Arrow Furniture. Although the furniture looked good initially, it has worn poorly over time. Arrow positions themselves as having good quality products...but don't be fooled!

Late November, I ordered furniture. The first delivery was to take place on the 15th of December. Yesterday, they said delivery my delivery will be on 5th of January... hopefully.

Their 'no refund' policy has you. I will never buy from them again

We didn't know where to start looking; Leons, The Brick all had such sad looking regular basement type sofas. Then we walked into Arrow Furniture and had the pleasure of being greeted by Richard Chea. With no pressure he showed us the newest models and at the end of the tour we saw exactly what we were looking for the Marker Grey - by DecorRest. Richard gave us exemplary customer service - like no other we had ever had. It was a big purchase for us but he told us to think about it and come back. We did - 3 days later. Not only did he help us but he went over and above getting us photos of side chairs as we were thinking the Love Seat might be to big. With emails back and forth - Richard never tired of assisting us with the numerous emails re sizes for the chairs; photos; and template photos too - going direct to DecorRest to provide these for us. I want to sincerely thank Richard Chea for going above and beyond his job to help us with our selection and purchase. If it was not for him; I don't think we would have returned. Thank you Richard.

We dealt with Christine who was able to give us great service and price on the modular sofa set for our renewly renovated basement. Thank you Christine for following up with us when the item became available.

Arrow Furniture is a hidden gem... we've been shopping here for over 10 years.

I placed an order in July they could fill and deliver by October, until i had to call in to find out it was moved to November. Today is December 3rd officially one month of sitting on the floor after donating my sofa because i was getting a new one. But they removed shipping to fix the two month delay on a five month order, so generous of Arrow.

The salesman Richard at the Scarborough location is as good as it gets. He’s attentive and provides post sales customer service; buying a product then knowing the guy that sold you it will be there for help with anything he sold is priceless.

The delivery guys were also excellent, very careful with the furniture and the house.

The products speak for themselves.

Good job Arrow, will shop here again.

Sales agent was very good and humbled. He showed us all kind of sofas. He didn't seems to push for any particular design. He gave us our time to take a decision. He gave us his honest opinion which we liked. Manager also gave us some discount.
