We purchased a new home and due to the excessive stickers slapped all over the furnace, this company was obviously the installer for this builder. Maybe if you get something installed in your home and they know you are watching the service would be better. Our furnace was a mess. Hole cut too big and skimping on putty so the furnace whistles. Glue dripped all over the top of the furnace and cannot be removed. Crappy tape job, dented furnace door, the a/c unit is not level outside. Not sure why they didn't take the time to install things properly. We called the company and got barked at by the person answering the phone. When we tried to go through the problems, we were met by the "do you want someone to come out or not" attitude. If this workmanship is completely visable, can only imagine what we cannot see. I realize there are warranties but there is no faith in companies that do such sloppy work on the first try. I have had furnaces installed before so I do have comparisons.

We have had many conversations with you . We explained to you that all of the deficiencies that you have listed were not a result of Applewood Air Conditioning . However in good faith we came to your home and fixed everything we possibly could , we even gave you a new furnace door at no cost , even though it was another trade that damaged it. We jumped through hoops to try and please you, and you proceeded to Slander our name on Every single site, Google, Lennox , Homestars etc. You promised to take down your reviews when we completed the work and you did NOT KEEP YOUR WORD.
