Where do I start:

1. Series of unapproved work with change orders after the fact
2. Multiple errors by not following final approved drawings, instead followed pre -permit drawings
3. Missing OBC (Ontario Building Code) requirements for framing specified in drawings
4. Used excuse of metric to imperial conversion error in doubling the cost of hardwood installation
5. The owner Toni even had the audacity to argue that dim-able lights specified in contract are different from installing dimmer switches which cost extra, etc...etc...

All of this driving our project way over budget.

I highly recommend you stay away from this company and make sure you have a strong project management plan before you start with any contractor.

Our upstairs bathroom had a tub but no shower,so we decided to have it redone. They changed all our fixtures and completely changed it around. we now have a beautifull tiled in tub and shower, a new vanity and mirror and a a beautifull light fixture above the mirror.Our floor was finished with ceramic tile and the walls freshly painted .They did a wonderfull job and everything was done to our complete satisfaction.We would highly recommend them.

Anthony Manor built me and my family our dream home. They worked with us from the design of the house, obtaining all permits, framing all the way to finished carpentry. It was completed on time and on budget. Professional and brilliantly skilled people were on our job site every day. Safety and cleanliness was always a priority. We would use them again for all of our building / Reno needs in the future. Highly recommend

Anthony Manor Renovations were hired to shift our basement staircase forward, secure the stair joists, create an alcove for a fridge and replace our back outside door. Tony was very professional, his crew came on time, completed the work as discussed, and maintained a clean work site. We were very happy with the work they did for us.
