House & Apartment Cleaning review in

Horrible service.
I called them to tell I will be away on vacation and to come the following week. Then as I was out of the country, I received calls about the cleaning lady being there and no one home (doh!)
When I called them back, they denied that I ever called them and said if I want to continue with their services, I will have to pay a fine.
Appalled, I asked if she - Irene - is calling me a li-ar and she flatly said that she does.
Do NOT use them.
