Alpine Roofing

We've had a leak on our roof last year but when we tried to ask this company to come fix it (still under warranty), they would come up with all kinds of excuses -- too busy working on other customers' projects, manager is not in, need to wait 'til we find your existing contract in our file, etc. And when they said they will call you back later, they never did. So at the end, after waited for almost one week, we decided to get quotes from other companies. Then we called this company back one last time asking if they could provide us with a quote for the job (instead of having it done under warranty). They immediately responded - with a price quote lower than all the other companies!!! However, price is no longer our main concerns, the biggest problem is that we don't trust this company anymore, no matter how LOW the price is! Thanks to Homestar.com, now whenever we pick contractors, we make sure to read customer reviews to know if they have good track-records. From a customer's stand-point, being "reliable" and "trust-worthy" are two of the most critical factors when it comes to choosing a contractor. Unfortunately, Alpine has failed in both.
