During the installation of the shingles, John remained in communication and was accessible by phone, text message or email, even outside of business hours. Any concerns we had was promptly conveyed to the foreman on-site. Any issues were addressed to our satisfaction right away. John even came by the house personally when his input was needed.

With every home renovation projects, a few hiccups are expected along the way. John was always very accommodating with our input and concerns, and he was very receptive to our needs. He understood and shared the same goal as us, which was to have the project completed to our satisfaction.
