I am so pleased with our drapes and roman blind. Sal did a great job in getting me what I wanted. He listened carefully, offered great advice based on experience, and was patient throughout the process---from the first meeting to the installation. We ordered three sets of custom drapes and a Hunter Douglas motorized roman blind. The installed drapes and roman blind are beautiful. I would recommend Allure to anyone who wants high-quality custom window coverings.

This is the second time I'm using Allure and both times Ryan has exceeded my expectations. Ryan was very helpful in helping me decide what would work best with my unit, pointing out the pros and cons of each type of covering. I highly recommend Allure and will use them for future projects.

In June 2010 we called Allure Window Decor to see about having window blinds installed in our home. Ryan came out and showed us some terrific Hunter-Douglas motorized blinds for our living room and pull down blinds for our bedrooms. He carefully measured everything and the blinds fit and worked perfectly. In early 2019 one of the cords broke on a bedroom window blind so we called Ryan to get it fixed. He arranged to have to have two service technicians (Jamie &DJ) come to our place and fix the problem right on site. This review is long overdue. I was in the market for window coverings for my entire home. I knew that I wanted something durable and stylish, but I didn't want to break the bank. A couple of friends recommended I contact Ryan at Allure Window Decor and I am so glad I did. From the first phone call he was so accommodating. He came early one morning for a consultation, brought all his fabrics and options, took a look at the house, listened to what we were looking for and made a recommendation. He could very easily have tried to sell me the most expensive shades on the market, but instead he recommended something just as stylish and just as good quality but for a fraction of the cost.

The shades came in so quickly and Ryan arranged to have them installed. The gentlemen who came to install the shades were just as professional as Ryan. They were so nice and friendly.

We ended up having a little issue with one of the shades, but Ryan was able to contact the manufacturer while on vacation and get it resolved for me. He did not have to go out of his way to deal with this while he was on a family vacation, but he did so without complaints.

The level of customer service was incredible and I get compliments on my shades from everyone who sees them.

Ryan provided an outstanding service from the start to the finish of the project. Ryan helped us out pick different window coverings to our new house and picking the perfect colour of roller shades for the main floor that matched perfectly the rest of the colour schemes we had in the house. For the second floor he advised of shutters. The quality of the shutters and the roller shades are superb. We have been long standing clients of Allure windows and would never attempt to try another provider as we trust Ryan so much.
