We are extremely happy with the service we received from Alliance Floor Source! When we were only two weeks away from our preferred timeline to renovate our previous contractor bailed on us and Alliance Floor Source came to our rescue. They have a wide selection of luxury vinyls and they were able to order the materials and schedule their contractors to meet our deadlines.
The staff were professional and helpful. We would happily go back to them in the future and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

The store has a great selection of materials. Timea was very helpful, knowledgeable, giving advice and letting me know about promotions. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Excellent customer service, very friendly people.

Very happy with service and product from Alliance

Alliance was wonderful to work with when we recently had to replace the damaged flooring in our condo. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked with us to find an alternative product when our first choice was no longer available. Installation went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the new floor!

Great service and product

Alliance did full flooring installation for our co-op reno in 2013. Helpful advice at showroom, lots of choice/ideas to meet budget. Installation was done professionally - arrived on time, delivered as promised, cleaned up afterwards. Then, we had flood damage in 2017. Called Alliance - same experience. Last week, we noticed 2 boards had shifted in our kitchen. Emailed Lehel pics and he showed up between calls to do a quick fix. AWESOME!!! You can't go wrong with Alliance Floor Source.
