We hired Alliance Floor Source to install hardwood flooring in our house and carpet runner on our stairs. Timea was very helpful selecting the materials. Small issues were looked after promptly. We are happy that we selected Alliance,

Alliance was tasked with refinishing a 90 year old oak floor to match flooring that was ore recently installed in the house. They did an excellent job matching the stain. The floor looks like new. The team seemed very knowledgeable and had excellent workmanship and pride in what they did. My only complaint was that they charged for their quote.

After visiting about 5 different hardwood/flooring stores, my wife and I finally felt comfort and at ease with the level of servicing, comfort and knowledge Mike and his team provided us. By being open and honest with what they could offer and what we could expect, the hardwood job is now ticked off our list.

Timea had provided excellent service all the way; she was courteous, efficient, reliable and very professional. The carpet installers were very polite and helpful. They moved all of the largest and heaviest furniture for us, and like experienced movers the Alliance team had methods and devices which facilitated the moving process and protected our furniture. We had a major renovation done in our condo and lifting the carpets had turned the place into little bit of a sand storm that day. My husband left the mess, when he returned few hours later he found the heavy furniture back in place and most of the carpet laid.

We checked out Alliance based on the Homestars reviews and were pleased with both the price quoted and friendly service we received in the showroom and on quotation day. The cork floors (Torlys) were installed on the day promised, and looked beautiful upon installation. There were some minor issues that needed attention after installation, however, but we were very pleased that both Mike and Lehel came out and made a considerable effort following up to ensure that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Alliance went the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and we recommend them highly!

Had my engineered hardwood floors replaced by Alliance. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Timea and Lehel answered all of my initial questions very thoroughly and with much patience. Mike took care of all the finer details and handled all of our follow up questions. And finally, Wally and Thomas did a great job installing the flooring. I commend all of them for doing a very professional, outstanding job and would use them again for any future flooring needs. It's obvious they take customer service and satisfaction very seriously.
