When we decided to install floors in our basement, we visited Alliance Floor Source store in North York. There, we received an in-depth consultation from Timea, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered very nice looking vinyl planks from a huge selection of samples, and in just a few days all materials were delivered to the installation site. Thank you! But this is not all. A couple of days later, the contractor who was installing our floors unexpectedly quit. We called Timea, explained the situation, and asked if she could help. We couldn’t believe our luck when later that afternoon she called back saying that she was able to secure services of a professional installer, Matthew. Next morning, Matthew came early and got to work. He was fast and efficient and installed over 400 sq. ft. of floors and over 100 ft. of baseboard in just six hours, despite the tricky layout of our basement. The quality of his work deserves only high praise. People like Timea and Matthew really make a difference, and if you need new floors, look no further!

After a trip to another company I noticed Alliance from across the road. I was looking for quality LVP to be installed into my condo and was shopping around for good advice, service and price. Within minutes of meeting with Timea and Lehel I knew I had found my vendor. They are professional and full of advice and guidance whilst offering very competitive pricing both on flooring and installation. We booked the site visit which was simple and painless and moved on to the install. Their installer was a pleasure to work with also and I was very pleased with the result of his work. Overall a great experience and the finished product looks great. I had new engineered hardwood installed throughout my condo. The team at alliance was very open and honest with their suggestions and their pricing. My only wish was that there hadn’t been a delay in the timeline as this caused problems with my condo. I would definitely recommend alliance!

Excellent customer service and the floor looks great. I ended up going with Alliance Floor Source as they were finding solutions to my problems -- a very tight deadline, creating an access for my backwater valve, uneven floor and a variety of tricky angles and door transitions. So impressed. The owner (Lehel) actually came to our home to do the initial measurements, then like clockwork the floor and underlay were delivered on another day, and then the installers came on another day and everything was done so efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Alliance Floor Source. They even followed up with me after the installation to ask if I was satisfied with the job before processing the final payment.

I recently had hardwood installed on my stairs and in the hallway where the bedrooms are. I highly recommend this company. I had a great customer experience. They kept me informed at all times and delivered on their promise. The Installer work efficiently and made it a smooth and easy transition for my family and I during the install.
