Alliance Floor Source went above and beyond to find a specific type of flooring that had been discontinued. I needed one box of flooring to fix some damaged planks and they were able to locate one box within hours of my request. I can't thank them enough for taking the time and effort to help me when I was so desperate. I am truly thankful to them.

basement flooring looks great! I was originally shopping for laminate, but was recommended click vinyl flooring also known as luxury vinyl. The look of the floor is superior to tile or laminate and I am very happy to recommend Alliance Floor Source for providing quality recommendations to their clients, and carrying great quality product.

Exceptional service! I had originally ordered carpet from a “Low-Price” supplier who was not realistic or honest about how long it would take to get carpet installed. Saving a couple hundred $$ is useless if it delays all your other reno plans and contractors. I went into Alliance early Wednesday afternoon, and I kid you not, I am sitting at home on Saturday morning (3 days later) with the job done and installed properly. Even though Alliance knew I was jammed for time, they still got this done at a very reasonable price. Flooring experts AND problem solvers. I would highly recommend them and will go back when it’s time to finsh the basement.

New Flooring Installation

12/15/2018

Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed in three rooms after the sub floors were repaired to create a flatter surface.. The cost also included moving of furniture. The job was expected to be complete in three days but took four. The installer had to redo a small portion of the floor where there was a noticeable hump that had to be ground down. The final installation was well done and the installer did his best to address all my concerns and complete the task as soon as possible. Timea and Lehel are very knowledgeable and friendly and were helpful in my selection of the appropriate flooring. Overall I am quite pleased with the results.
