I was referred to John at All Seasons Home Inspections by my realtor for a pre-purchase home inspection in Toronto, and am so grateful! John was extremely thorough and walked me through every facet of the home. He caught several major issues that the listing agent, my own realtor, and I, had missed, and provided really great advice on which issues were urgent, which may be less important, and which were just cosmetic.
