I had the misfortune to hire this company after talking to the owner at the Home Show a number of years ago. They absolutely ruined a room in my home. They cut my telephone lines during the installation, created huge holes in my wall and simply put the unit's big black drainage hose across the wall. See the photo. Appalling! Absolutely appalling!

This company installed my Fujitsu Halcyion in 2009. The installation was botched (which they admitted) We came to an agreement in OCTOBER 2009 and I have not been able to get on their calendar since then!!!!!! It is one excuse after another after another. If it isn't a new installation where you're spending thousands of dollars, you will NEVER get any service from them. The reviews here obviously support that.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, LOOK FOR SOME OTHER COMPANY.

This company installed a 13 seer Bryant A/C Unit in May of 2008. The temperature in my house currently is 81F....i have it set to 76F.....it will NOT get to this temperature no matter what i do. This company takes 4 days to call back....then gives multiple excuses and says that the A/C is working properly....without a service call. I finally had to call Bryant. That is where i am currently sitting with this issue. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I had my heat pump/air conditioner Fujitsu/Halcyion installed in March 2007 and everything worked fine up to early May 2010 when it stopped working. I called Air Xperts to help me diagnose the problem. I have left over six messages without a return phone call. Once I get a hold of someone they make promises that someone will call me back but no one calls back. These people are very good at taking your money and making excuses, if you ever get a hold of them.

I had to get another heating/cooling company to correct their mistakes. Two stage motor only hooked to single stage -it lacked efficiency all winter. No primer on glued pipes resulting in leaked exhaust C2 and water. Dangling wires with exposed connections. A/C was wired incorrectly and would never have worked. I suggest that they take a course in heating cooling before attempting this type work. They are more adept at arguing and making excuses for their incompetence than actually doing the work.

It was a sweltering hot day last summer when I called Ken for an estimate for a new air conditioner. We agreed on the price and within 5 business days our new system was installed. His crew were polite and cleaned up after themselves. A pleasure to deal with air xperts.
At first I gave them a 10 based on the install but I have called 3 times now with no response so I am not so sure I feel comfortable with my 10 rating anymore

The service I recieved was great. I reccomend them as they are reliable punctual and honest. They do not oversell, or try to get me to buy something I did not need. I have given their name to many of my friends as I was so pleased.

I completed a lot of research on HVAC systems and narrowed it down to the "Big 3" Carrier, Bryant and Lennox. This was a very interesting process as I became educated on Brands, Efficiencies, Warranties and so on… In the end, I decided on a 3 Ton Bryant Evolution System (identical to the Carrier for 35-40% less $$$) for a 2200Sq’ Bungalow that faces due east with many windows (all new) and a CinQuartz whole home air purifier. Great, the hard part was done… Not really – installation, support and service equally important. To ensure comfort I met with 5 different organizations and assessed them on 10 critical points.

This assessment led to choosing AirXperts. Paul was great… He has a direct approach, understands the consumer and understands customer service. As for installation, the entire system was completed in just over ½ a day – just as a 5 day 32+C week arrived. The crew (4 were on-site) were prompt, courteous and friendly. All materials were cleaned up and a review of the system was provided.

As for our HVAC choice – yes, the Evolution is high-end but it was well worth the cost savings and efficiency over our existing. The 2 stage DC motors are great energy savers and provide a consistent environment. Throughout the hottest and most humid days, the “high” mode only kicked in 3 or 4 times – and it was a noticeable difference. Although not fair to compare, our previous system was 20 years old and operating ok - it just couldn’t keep up.

I hired Air Experts to install central air in my home. It is an older home with a fairly new furnance and existing duct work but there was quite a bit of electrical involved. An extra circuit breaker had to be added, wire run to the a/c unit and as a result the ceiling the basement had to be removed.
They gave me an estimate (very reasonable), scheduled the work for a few days later, arrived on time, and completed the work quicker than expected (3 hours instead of 5).
They were very professional, cleaned up, and did a very good job. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone.
