What a night and day difference between KW Aire One and the multi name company that had installed and serviced my original pulse furnace. From the salesman's low key and detailed sales pitch to the installers who were in and out within hours, the newly installed furnace and air conditioner were up and running to my complete satisfaction. With the rebate offers, the final price was less than the quote from the multi- name company's price for the furnace only. I am totally pleased and impressed by the integrity of the various people I dealt with at KW Aire One.

My furnace broke down last January and I made some calls and Mike was on it right away, unlike another company that told me it would take 2 days before they could come to replace it.
Mike was awesome, one of the workers broke his hand and Mike was able to find someone asap to replace him so I could have a new furnace the next day.
