Called Aim for a waterman break , showed up and "jumped " us from a neighbour , restored water flow to the house and returned Monday to excavate and repair the issue , fast , courteous and in budget ! What more can you ask for ? Highly recommend Aim Plumbing

The plumber were not showing on time so I had to call him to check if he is coming. He was late for 45 minutes and kept calling to confirm my address and location. Can't they check the map before appointment?

My bathroom faucet won't stop running in the middle of the night. Contacted AIM Plumbing and Neil contacted me right away and was able to get Patrick out to take a look. Patrick knew exactly what he was doing. Had to go out to look for a new part for me out on this snowy day. Called me and let me know that he was running a bit late looking for the part. Very considerate! He got the job done. Thank Neil for spending Patrick out so quickly and thank you Patrick for the excellent job!

After calling several companies, some small and one big, with nobody returning calls or being available until next week I came across Aim. Liked that they are in my neighbourhood. My message was returned in minutes and they were at my door within 20 min. Unbelievable! Patrick was the plumber and listened carefully when i told him that i didn't want brand new everything as i just sold my home, but all had to work well. He came up with a solution, outlined it to me and lickety splickety, it was done! He reused what he could and replaced what was necessary. Streamlined the pipe
layout from whacky to neat and actually great to look at. I still go and take a peek just because it looks so good now. And it's only a drain pipe! Fun watching him work, no wasted moves, and sure knew his stuff.

They start out great but endup terrible! The guy named Patrick is unbelievable, worst attitude ever. Not patient at all and shout at his coworker and homeowner. Always blame homeowner and doesn't even listen to homeowner.

We have used Aim Plumbing several times and the service has always been prompt and the employees are skilled. They are clean and polite. I would use them again for any plumbing issues around our house.

Reasonable priced. Office answer phone quickly and can always talk to a real person. Very easy to get hold of them Jobs are done quickly without having to call them back. Technicain are well manner and able to explain the problem that I can understand. Have refer a few friends to this company already
