Advanced Plumbing

My husband and I have used the services of Advanced Plumbing three times for various plumbing issues in our kitchen and bathroom. On each occasion, the work was completed in a very prompt, courteous and competent manner. We highly recommend the company.

TL:DR version: These guys saved me $4000 that another crooked company tried to charge me.

I Had a sewage backup in my basement I was desperate to fix. The city said I needed a plumber to see if it's on my side. I called the nearest plumber, and he found the problem to be on the city side he said I needed to dig into the ground to install a cleanout for the city to be able to fix it, and quoted $4000 for the job. I called for a second opinion from advanced plumbing these two gentlemen showed up and took a look. They explained to me that I already have a cleanout, there's no need to install a second one and that I could proceed to call the city to fix the problem on their side. These guys literally saved me from getting screwed out of $4000 from a crooked plumber!

George had to figure out why kitchen sewage was coming up in laundry room tubs located right below, he also reconfigured all laundry room pipes to code and resolved a leakage in one of the vent pipes.

So prompt- came next day for an estimate and scheduled the work to be completed in a timely fashion! Indoor and outdoor work- great, friendly and professional

Great service! The shower was not turning off as well as dripping I called Greg and he set an appointment to which they were on time for. Greg notified me 15 minutes before appointment that George would be arriving shortly. He was polite and courteous upon arrival he took of his shoes and brought in a mat to keep the working area clean. He was able to fix the shower head and double checked his work. The service was prompt and conducted in a very professional manner. I would recommend Advance Plumbing to family and friends.

Had troubles with an old outside faucet and inside shutoff valve. George from Advanced Plumbing came out the next day and did a great job replacing both the inside and outside fixtures. He was neat, courteous and very helpful. He left us with a clear set of instructions on fall/spring shutoff proceedures. Thanks George, excellent work!

I have always owned my own water heater, and it needed replacement after twelve years and ongoing problems. I talked to several people about the job but, by far, Advanced Plumbing was the most helpful and best in every way. I called about my problem in the morning, and Greg came out that same day. He told me about the different water heaters available, their features and warranties, and the different prices for the job depending on my choice. He also pointed out a plumbing improvement (cold water turn-off to the water tank) that he would install as part of the job. Based on my meetings with others, I knew he was quoting a fair price for the work, so I chose a tank. Next thing, he phoned the supplier right away to confirm availability, and we set a time for the work, early in the next week. George arrived first, right on time, and started the prep work, then Greg came shortly afterward with the rest of their equipment. They were neat, friendly, and very respectful of my house. The work went very quickly, with the new tank installed and working, and the old one out, all in a couple of hours. The new water heater works fine, and it was a great experience meeting Greg and George and having them do the work. I would recommend them highly.

Using Advanced Plumbing is like having a plumber in the family. Greg and his associate, arrived promptly, they were warm and most important, knowledgeable. Their first priority was to minimize damage and thoughtfully explained their approach to identifying my leak and in the end, I was pleased to have acquired new found knowledge about pipes, water damage etc. Advanced Plumbing has a customer for life!
