Everything went well except we feel the cost was a little higher than other companies.

Hello Peggy, Thank you for your feedback. Looking into the job notes on your file, I am happy to see Robert was successful in removing all the birds from your house. I saw a couple of factors which could explain the price being a little higher than our typical bird removal;
1) Robert had to cut into an internal wall void to rescue 2 starlings that had fallen down from the attic and were stuck inside the wall.
2) The entry point on the roof where Robert installed a starling one-way-door, required a 40 ft ladder when we made our follow up visit to monitor and permanently screen.
Most similar situations we deal with require a free onsite written estimate to determine exactly what is needed to solve that problem with no surprises, and phone quotes for comparison are not an accurate comparison.
