Ten years after AAA Roofmasters installed my new [then] roof, I noticed that the shingles on both sides directly under a down spout of a higher roof were wearing faster than the others. I called the Customer Support team, they recommended a fix, including an extension to the downspout. The Repair Team arrived, replaced the shingles, added the extension, cleaned up and departed. The Repair Team was quick, professional and polite. Very pleased with the service.

I have been dealing with these guys for over a year now trying to fix a leak in my roof. I have had patch jobs that did not work, a vent installed that not only did not stop the leaking but all the shingles AROUND the vent blew away a few months later. I was told there was no warranty on the work and actually had to pester them to even come back to repair all the shingles that blew away. Leak still not fixed.
Now the leak had gotten even worse. It is showing up in another area in addition to the first area. I attempted to contact them for the next two months to get them back to fix this once and for all, and I did not receive any reply.

I finally complained to a coworker who happened to be employing their services (in a professional capacity) I told her the nightmare I had been having with them and she helped me get in touch with one of their Managers (Scott Lee). He personally came out to my house and seemed genuinely concerned with the service I had received and assured me he would get this done right. He told me he would be in touch with me soon to schedule the work. A couple weeks went by. I called to follow up.
Left messages. No reply.
Sent emails. No reply.
Finally I managed to get Scott on the phone and he told me that he was having trouble finding shingles that would work with what I already had. Sounded like an excuse but I took him at his word. He said that he was going to source out some shingles that day and get back to me.
Never heard from them again.
I foolishly sent a couple more emails and left a couple more messages.
But it was I who got the message, loud and clear.
AAA left me hanging with a roof that still leaks.
I guess it's great if they do a good job, but if they don't. Good luck.

I was happy with service provided by AAARoofmasters and would use the company again if my roof needed repair or reshingling. The repair they did required that they remove vinyl siding to get access to the flashing and replace. They were also going to install a metal in the valley. The first guys they sent damaged the siding and didn't do the work in the valley. Their inspector was prompt in coming out and the company replaced the damaged siding as good as a professional siding company could. They also put the metal in the valley that had been required. Additionally, they installed new plywood where the roof at been damaged due to water leaking through. While the rooftop was open, I was able to provide the guys with additional insulation to place in between the rafters. I would use this company again despite the work done by the 2 guys that did the initial repairs.

We had AAA roofing re-shingle our roof in 2007 and they did an excellent job. The clean up was thorough with nothing left littered around our yard. We have had them come back twice to replace wind damage and they were thorough and efficient. The workmen were polite and informative. I would highly recommend them. Scott answered all our questions and stayed in touch to let us know when we could expect his guys to show.

AAA Roofmasters replaced the shingles of my roof. They were pretty good. The only complaint I have is that they weren’t on time. They came on a Friday, worked a couple hours and left, were supposed to come back Saturday but never showed up. It happened to be a long weekend, so we had to wait till Tuesday for them to finish the job. Other than that, I was satisfied with their work.

AAA Roofmasters did our roof and siding. As far as the shingling went everything was great except for the support was done improperly and we ended up having to re-do it ourselves. That was our one complaint with the roofing, but the siding job is what gave us problem after problem. A lot of the building wrap was missing and the work was pretty bad quality in general. We talked to them about it and they sent another guy whose work was better. All things considered, I probably wouldn’t recommend them for siding but maybe for just roof re-shingling.

AAA Roofmasters replaced our roof and siding. Eric and Joe were very helpful. They helped with the selection of a special line of asphalt roof shingles—they actually found a better one with a better price than the original I had looked at. Also their workmanship was excellent, they had good cleanup and fair pricing. They were great all-around.

We needed to have the shingles on the front and back porch roofs removed and replaced as well as some eaves trough and fascia work done. Paul from AAA Roofmasters came out, did a thorough inspection regarding the scope of work and provided a detailed quote the following day.
When the roofers arrived they reviewed the scope of work and proceeded in a courteous and professional manner.
Upon completion, all of the debris was removed and the areas where work had been done were thoroughly cleaned including magnetic rolling of the grass to ensure removal of all old roofing nails.
Overall great customer service and I will be seeing them again in 4 to 5 years for another job that Paul and I discussed regarding the main roof.
