A1 Air Conditioning & Heating

On the hottest day of the year, the air conditioner just stops working, no warning. Had only used it for about 3 months in total. Called and left a message, about 10 minutes later got a call, said he was too busy today, that they would come by tomorrow.

Our HRV had stopped working and Mike came in and determined that the motor was seized. He callem back when he promised and gave us the estimate for replacing in motor. Mike came back and replaced the motor on time and on the specified day.

I have problems two times with my air conditioner and they fixed it for me. The price is reasonable and I am happy the air conditioner is still in good conditions for more than 14 years

A-1 Air Conditioning was very prompt, clean and courteous. They came over and listened to our needs and gave a great quotation. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job in record time. We have had no problem with this company.

In the summer of 2009 we had two estimates for replacing our air
conditioner. We chose A! Air conditioning and Heating. Their salesperson was very polite and patiently answered our many questions.
Their two installers arrived on the dot, set to work, and never stopped for a morning break, nor for lunch. They cleaned up perfectly thenshowed us how to use it.
There was a government rebate on this item and suddenly it arrived
in the mail. We did not have to do any paperwork for this as A1 had done it. A1 also installed our furnace. I find their office staff very
efficient and helpful.
I am happy to recommend this company.

The job was scheduled 1 week after order place and installation was done quickly, neatly and professional looking finish, with all the lines etc. neatly run and tied down. They even replaced the gold air duct into the furnace to ensure it was as large as the furnace inlet.

Very pleasant and informative. We received an excellent price from the company compared to others. The salesperson was accurate and the showroom was very nice. I wish they only carried other product lines

Two dealing with A1 - first was an air conditioner purchase. Truly a sour experience. Was new to air conditioners and the salesperson just went super aggressive on me. Ended up getting a unit that was too big and makes my house look stupid. My fault for not doing my own research but the disparity is so noticeable that the salesguy whould have said...no, this isn't for you. Or better yet...don't recommend it!! Second dealing was to fix my furnace. I didn't want to use them, but it was an emergency. Turns out, they came pretty quick and the service was fanastic. Cost was about the same as everyone else. I guess in the service industry - its really hit or miss.

Initially had poor air quality in our house. They installed a monitor for 1 week. showed us the readings. very interesting. They recommended an air exchange unit. Did a clen job of installing. The circulation and air quality was much better. Very professional and clean service.
