I used to be a supporter of A1 but their service has deteriorated and I don't feel they value their customers' time. My service appointment was to comply with supercare in order to maintain a 10 year warranty coverage for our furnace. I was given a window between 9-1 and after they didn't show up I called and was advised that they had the appointment from 11-3. I was not advised of any change and wasted a complete day from work for this appointment. Very poor customer service.

I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience with us this last visit. We completely understand that your time is valuable. Unfortunately, when the appointment was booked in our computer it was booked for 11-3 – that was our mistake. We hope that you will give us a chance to make it better.
