I wish to express my gratitude to A1 Windows MFG for working with me to replace a broken window as part of an insurance claim. Su in the office was very helpful in explaining there process and scheduling of the work to meet our needs. Their crew of Ranjit and Virk were very efficient, neat and respectful of our home and property. I do not have any hesitation in recommending A1 Windows.

We had a few windows replaced by A1 Windows. Highly recommend! From quote to clean-up, the experience was perfect. The team arrived as planned for the installation and cleaned up so well - and the windows look great. Ranjit and Mandip did a great job - very fast and courteous. And they were Covid conscientious. And Ranjit helped me with a problem door from a different company. I would definitely use A1 again.

As recommended by a friend I had A-1 windows come and replace every window in the old home I recently purchased. Ranjit, Mani and Mandeep were very professional and had the entire install done in 7 hours. There's a couple small details to touch up that I will follow up on but that's very much to be expected I would think. In general the guys and the main contact Chris were easy to deal with.

We just changed the windows for our whole house. This is the BEST company to deal with. They are all VERY professional. We had Bobby and his crew do the installation. They are punctual and hard working. The furniture was moved by the guys as needed and put back. Gurpreet and Ranjit stayed until the end to make sure I am happy with every little detail, can't forget the Mandeep! Bobby, thank you and please let your crew know how grateful we are.

I dealt with David S. in 2017 who was great through the whole process - meeting and measuring, knowledge of what products would work best for our unusual home. The products quoted were very reasonably priced and he followed up on a couple of changes quickly and efficiently. Installation went comparatively smoothly despite having to coordinate between his installation team, Bobby and Rana were great to deal with, and also a roofing crew. Follow up to fix little issues was done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially for people who have to work within lower budgets and still wish for quality products and decent installation.

I worked with Sarb at A1 for my home renovation project and it was a great experience. The service provided was absolutely stellar; multiple home visits for accurate measurements, design input for our renovation, and honest advice on what level of product to select for my house. We wanted a particularly hard to design window for a pass-thru to our sundeck, and A1 was able to modify their design to suit our needs.The installation crew came on time and completed in two days, cleaning up after themselves each day. The windows we selected reduced the noise coming into the house and increases the insulation of our building envelope. Overall a great experience and will be using them again in the future.

WIth worn-out fittings and single panes the 21 windows in this 105 year-old house were the principal suspects for our rising heating costs. A1 Windows provided a variety of openings and fittings to accommodate both original decorative surrounds and later-inserts of rough, shingle-edged surrounds with a complementary look and good weather seals. The house looks better from inside and outside and feels way better as well.
