We found Mani and Ranjit to be both skilled and highly competent as well as punctual. Mani was extremely patient in explaining how the windows operated. Their housekeeping regarding clean-up was more than satisfactory, and their friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable.

Today Mani, Ranjit & Mandeep installed my new windows. When they arrived they put drop clothes down everywhere they would be walking, including the bathroom. They were polite and kept their working area clean. When they were done they vacuumed everything, including under all drop cloths.

Mani took the time before and after the install to discuss and explain everything.

From initial assessment and quoting, visitations to the showroom, communications, product delivery and installment, all members of the staff have provided excellent service. They have done their best at navigating supply issues due to COVID-19 and given us a very good turnaround time. They have taken appropriate health precautions at all times during every in person interaction.

The installation crew Jatin, Mandip and Maninder did a great with the retrofit, explaining the process, protecting our home and cleaning up when done. The windows are well produced and have a good design. They are a massive improvement over our original single paned aluminum windows.

Jatin and Mandip did a great job replacing the basement windows in our 1950's bungalow. The finishing around the windows was not included in the original work order but Jatin recognized it needed to be done to make it look nice so he gave us an estimate which we approved right away. He came back another day to finish the job. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend A1 Windows.

Maninder, Ranjit and Mandeep did a great job replacing my old windows
and patio door. They put down drop cloth to protect the floor. They took great care not to damage the ceramic tiles that abutted some of the windows.
Mani was friendly and informed me of any things that I should know about, offered suggestions. He answered questions that I had with patience and has a wealth of knowledge.
They had their masks on at all time. It was a two day job ,they cleaned up
thoroughly at the end of first day. Mani was always the last one to leave, making sure everything was properly done. However, they were rushed by the company to get to another place for another order, and thus the cleaning up part was also in a rush.

I would recommend A1 Windows team for replacing your windows. The estimator - Robert was very good in advising and explaining the window estimate. Manjeet helped with overcoming the COVID-19 supply issues that affected the Window delivery time. The installers, Jatin and Mandip were very experienced with installing the windows. It should be noted that the house that the windows were replaced was built in 1913 and it is three stories tall... a job well done.

Jatin & Mandip installed our window. They did a wonderful job. They reinstalled the security wire and contact points in the window which they didn't have to. Also they reattached my blinds for me too. They went above and beyond what was necessary. I highly recommend A1 windows.
