Toronto Steam N Clean

I am trying to be fair in my rating. They gave me a quotation via email. They arrived on time and cleaned the carpets as agreed. My only complaint is that they were unable to remove some stains. While the carpet was wet, it appeared that the stains were gone but after the carpet dried, the stains were still there. I complained and the company sent their cleaners as second time and again it appeared that the stains were gone. However, when the carpet dried, the stains were still there, but not as severe. They informed me that there are no guarantees for stains. So I cannot give them a good rating on that basis. It would seem to me that a professional cleaning company would have industrial strength stain removal products. And since the second cleaning seemed to improve the stain removal, I would think an additional cleaning might remove more of the stain. I am enclosing a picture of the current state of the carpet. I paid this company over $1000 for carpet cleaning. I am not satisfied with the results.

Nicely impressed. Easy booking, cost clear at booking time, arrived as scheduled, friendly and professional, very careful around the house, carpet looks great, no chemical smell after. We'll see 'em again in a year or so.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and efficient. Removed a disgusting amount of dirt from an industrial carpet in a storage space also cleaned a large chair and ottoman. Excellent and highly recommended.

I got carpets in our four bedrooms upstairs cleaned and the service from Steam n Clean was impeccable! They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. I even had a makeup spill they were able to get out of the carpet. They were so professional and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is my second time using Toronto Steam n Clean. I used them once before to have our ducts clean and this time, I used them to service an area rug. When I say my rug looked brand new, I mean it! Old stains from the kids spilling their drinks, food stains, pet hair and all the dirt in between is gone!! I was really afraid of getting this rug cleaned because it is a soft fibre rug and I was afraid that it would lose its softness or fluffiness after a wash but it didnt and its white as new !

They came on time, did an amazing job, and were reasonably priced compared to other companies. Happy to refer them to others based on my experience.
