The work performed was fantastic. The differences between the before and after are amazing.
Kirby and his partner spent a long time removing all the strands from both of the chandeliers, cleaning each strand by hand and then re-installing them. Not an easy job to do, but after they were done, the effects really "shine" through.
They even replaced missing and damaged pins where required. Fortunately Kirby has a large stock of parts that he brought with him in anticipation of this exact scenario.
We highly recommend using A Glass Act if you need your chandeliers cleaned properly.
