We are very pleased with our brand new kitchen. Sammy came through on design and style. We were very patient throughout the process and gave Sammy advance notice on any builder changes to our floor plan. We could not be any happier and appreciate Sammy's hard work on our kitchen.

We are very pleased with the final outcome of our kitchen/vanity. Sammy and Harry are both friendly and caring people, they were considerate and helpful throughout the initial design to the final installation. Their craftsmanship and quality of product is top notch. Although, our installation was delayed, the wait was well worth it, as we now can enjoy a breath-taking creation. We would like to thank them for our new kitchen and are looking forward to our new bar.

Ordered a new kitchen for our Mom. After evaluating several places, Empire Kitchen was the most attentive to our needs. There was s lsight delay in the work being complete, which is somewhat expected, but we are satisfief with their work, the kitchen looks great.

The cabinets were finally installed. We must say that despite the delay, we are satisfied with the final result: Empire was able to accommodate our needs and customized the design according to what we wanted vs. what was easier for them to do.

I made the right choice hiring Empire Kitchens. Sammy and Harry are good and honest people. They show pride in their workmanship and went beyond our expectations to design and build a kitchen both functional and beautiful. They addressed all of our concerns in a professional manner. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definately recommend this company.

We hired Empire Kitchen (Sammi) to replace all the kitchen cabinets and counter top in the 3rd wk of Jan 08. They arrived on Jan 26 the 5th wk and installed cabinets that were marked and scratched and the doors were stained 3 different colors.
UPDATE: Feb 15 - Empire Kitchen has replaced the doors and they are now stained the correct color, all that remains is the 2 large fridge panels which Sammi assures me will be completed early next week.

UPDATE: Feb 21 Another week has past and still the kitchen is not complete but I see other people have had their kitchens installed and are happy. Installers were supposed to complete job last Saturday but amazingly another truck problem, this time an accident/breaking to hard caused damage to our panels, which I highly doubt are even made never mind on a truck. According to Sammi they will be installed tomorrow. UPDATE: March 6 - Empire arrived to replace the 2 fridge panels which are ok they also had to replace the white silicone they used to install the glass in the doors, amazingly they broke the glass while doing this. UPDATE: Mar 13 I picked up the glass doors today from Empire and my husband installed them. If you don't look to closely you won't notice the scratches on them.

CONCLUSION: It took 7 weeks to complete a 2 day installation job. While they did correct the obvious error of the wrong color, there is no pride in workmanship and quality is non-existant. I have had to do touch ups with the stain they left me and any place that didn't line up exactly, we were told to get wood caulking and fix it ourselves by the installers. As a pacifier, Sammi promised us a free bathroom vanity for all our troubles, we'll never see that. I wouldn't recommend Empire to anyone unless you like major aggravation and stress.

This is part 1st of my experience with Empire Kitchen so far and I will add part 2 after completion of my kitchen.Owner mentioned this website with pride when we were doing agreement with him so I thought it will be a good place to give feed back to owner and other consumers.
Our Kitchen installation date is Jan29-2008 and currently We didn't feel we will be able to install it on schedule.We did a complete Kitchen renovation contract with owner so we didn't have to go through the hassle of dealing with flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop and cabinets contractor separately.We paid 50% of the agreement amount upfront as per owner's wish. here is our experience so far.

1)If you need to talk to owner after your purchase agreement you will have a very hard time to get him or he will be too busy meeting with other customers.
2)One of his contractor complained about owner delayed their payment from previous job and they were about to walk out from our incomplete work and we have to pay them separately to let them complete my work.
3)Now we are chasing Electrician to do our work so ceiling could be done.
4) In conclusion we still have to follow up separately to all contractors and I hope rest of the work will not bring more stress for us.

Today after reading our review, Owner gave me a call and he was quite upset about my review and my ratings for his company but he promised to install our kitchen with in a week and also promised to communicate better in the future also he said to wait and do a final review after project completion and he mentioned that we will be more than happy at that time for his work so we are going to upgrade our review and will have a final review after installation of the kitchen.

June 14 - 2008

Finally our kitchen cabinets and Island were installed on Mar 7-2008. same day we went for 2 months vacation and after coming back final touch up of our kitchen was done on May31-2008. I am very pleased with the follow up and help of Harry ( Sammy's younger brother). We are quite happy with our new kitchen and it's quality.
