Harry is very dependable and the kitchen was completed right on time except for our granite counter tops which took a little longer but this was not Empire's fault.We will recommend Empire Kitchen to all our friends and family.

I had been looking for a cabinet maker to build and install new kitchen cabinets for me. after checking with one company that took all my info but never got back to me with a price,and another company that talked down to me , as if I couldn't afford the kitchen I was inquiring about, I found Empire Kitchens. Harry sat down with me and along with Raman we quickly got a design,estimate and appprox, install date all together. They were very helpful with the design aspect,the price was very reasonable and the delivery date was as scheduled.The quality of their workmanship is top quality. RAMAN'S input into the design and layout of my kitchen was invaluable.She made our drawings in professional way nd she describe evrything She considered things that the other contractors did not.harry took care off installtion . Our story started with buying a house in Hamilton, On about last October. When we bought the house we knew we wanted to get the basement kitchen and bathroom vanity renovated. We decided to look around Brampton area shops for kitchens due to more competition here. We came across Empire. We went through the showroom and liked how everything was displayed. The customer service was excellent. The receptionist there gave us great amount of knowledge that we did not have about kitchens. This helped us out a lot and actually go us to decide what we wanted. We actually got in contact with Harry the very next day. My dad measured out all our kitchen and the bathroom vanity because he is a construction worker himself. We made him measure everything out because it would save time for Harry from driving to Hamilton and back. Harrying took the measurements and made us a drawing which showed us how our kitchen would look when it was done. We went in signed the contract choose our material and were ready to go. Harry gave is about 6 weeks wait until the kitchen would be made. We would be updated and would he would always call us to double check before ordering anything. He was available for us when we needed him for any questions and if he was not available we would leave a message or his receptionist would help us out. Our kitchen was installed in our house in about 5.5 weeks, which was earlier with about 3 days. We inspected our kitchen after it was installed and they said they would come back and fix it and they kept their word and did some touch-up. Empire knows how to satisfy their customers. The best customer relationship. I recommend Empire to everyone who needs renovation done in their house. Empire was completely AWESOME!! I love my kitchen and will always thank Empire for the work they did for me…Thanks!!!!

Harry was hired to renovate my kitchen. He had the best attitude towards his client meaning us. Every time we needed to be in contact with him he was always there for us. He had given us a 5 week time period before installing, but he was there a week early to install the kitchen. While the kitchen was being made he would keep contact and let us know how the process was going. We had a minor problem with a door. We called up Harry and told him. Harry himself came in and installed a new door on the cabinets. He is very punctual with his customers. I would recommend Empire to all my family and friends and others who need their kitchen renovated. EMPIRE IS THE BEST!!

Empire was hired to deliver and install wall unit and office unit.Waiting for service parts for the last 9 months.Missing parts , doors don't open and drawers don't work.Harry refuses to finish the work because he's affraid he won't get paid?Harry is the Devil of Devon!

We finally decided to redo our kitchen after living in our 1950's outdated bungalow for 10 years. We checked numerous kitchen reno firms via the internet, through references, by phone and personal visits to their place of business. Several didn't have the courtesy to even call back until literally weeks after our message, others felt it was enough to have us visit them, while the few who did come to our home, quoted us ridiculous prices and unreasonable work schedules. (we did not want to over improve for the value of our home)
By pure chance, we came across an advertisement for Empire Kitchen and decided to call, but it was just after business hours so we didn't bother to leave a message. Very shortly afterwards, we got a call from Harry, who was sorry he missed our call and used the caller I.D to call back, he proceeded to tell us about Empire, and we made an appointment to see him the very next morning. It didn't take long for us to make the choice to go with Empire, and they quickly arranged to come and visit our home a few days later, as well as a few more times afterwards for final measurements due to other renovations we were doing which affected the space of the kitchen. Harry and Raman were exceptional in their knowledge of their business and extremely helpful in making suggestions, as we didn't have a clear picture as to what we wanted.
We were quoted a price and timeline and Harry and his crew delivered on time and on budget.
There was never a time when we could not contact either Harry or Raman either by phone or by email. All calls were promptly returned as were the emails.
We would not hesitate to recommend Empire to anyone who is looking for a professional, courteous and knowledgable company.
