I had a critter in my attic but not sure what it was. Chris called me back right away and set up an appointment 2 days after. Other companies were slow in responding. Chris showed up on time and told me based on the size of the hole in my soffit, that is was made by a racoon. After explaining the process of installing a one-way trap door, to let the animal leave to feed, and not get back in, he explained that the hole has to be repaired and all similar weaknesses have to be addressed. Instead of put up awful looking chicken-wire, he colour matched my angled soffits with a solid sheet of steel and topped with aluminum to match. He re-inforced at least 5 areas and you can't tell the difference. Chris came out a couple times because it turned out that a squirrel was living in the attic AFTER a racoon had opened up the soffit. After setting the right door, my problems went away, and I have confidence that critters can no longer access the attic. Fast, quick response and great guy....he explains the process clearly. I recommend him to anyone with a critter problem
