I would highly endorse this company. They were here when they said they would be. The guys were very friendly and even put little booties on their shoes - very thoughtful. Great job!!!

Excellent service! We had to rebook because of the recent storm, called the call centre - lovely person answered the phone and rebooked us for the next earliest time. Movers called before delivery with an estimated ETA - arrived exactly on time. Walked the apartment with me and got to work. They were mindful of damaging walls and property, stayed until we had reviewed the completed job. Amazing!! Highly recommended

Fast, efficient courteous service. Arrived on time and gave a 15 minute advisory of arrival. Even called the day before when in the area to ask if I wanted pick up ahead of schedule as well. Filled 3/4 of the truck.

I booked on the website on Friday afternoon
I got a call within 5 minutes and the furniture was removed 20 minutes later

Had a large and very heavy tv and stand to remove from the basement. They did it very carefully to not damage the new hardwood floors and newly painted walls. The guys were great to deal with - highly recommend their services.

Our pick up crew was excellent - friendly, efficient, careful and clean. A few of the items were tricky to deal with especially because they were bulky and had to be carried up from the basement. Very happy with the service and highly recommend these guys!!

I’m not sure what happened but my recent experience was not as positive as some of the other reviewers.
After receiving a appraisal of the job I had, and reading the positive reviews of others I booked Got Junk to clean out my late fathers condo.
It was almost a month out.
On the day of I called just to make sure everything was still a go and was told the team would call me when they were 15-20 minutes away. 5 minutes before the scheduled time I called to inquire what was happening and was told they would be calling me right back. Unfortunately when I did get the call back I was told they were at another job and would be a while. They asked if I could reschedule or extend the time for the moving elevator, both which was not possible. I was then told that he would call his boss and get back to me, which did not happen. I ended calling them back and was told a truck was on its way.
A truck did arrive almost 1.5 hours after the time they were supposed to be there.
The only thing that saved the day, as well as this not being a 1 star rating was the 2 guys that did show up were excellent, they really hustled to try get everything out of the unit. If the condo had not given me a little more time we would not have been able to get as much as we did out, and as it is a dresser was left behind.
I think next time I will call around and do my homework more carefully before booking.

Extremely satisfied with service! They called prior to arrival to confirm exactly what time they would be there and then again upon arrival. Informed me upfront of the cost. The guys were very nice/polite and extremely efficient, they got to work straight away! My grandmother just passed away and I needed her whole apartment emptied and 1-800-GOT-JUNK made this process so easy for me. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
