I want to send a huge thank you and share my appreciator two very kind, well mannered and pleasant gentlemen from Got Junk; Geoff and Dan. They were punctual respectful and hard working. From start to finish and even addressed an issue with my property manager (being difficult and not helpful). They managed the issue with grace and tact- and truly helped me out during a very stressful and eventful move. You guys are the best and I wish you both well. These two individuals deserve recognition from their Managers and team- they went above and beyond for me and represented Got Junk so well that I have already recommended three family members!

The two employees were extremely polite, very well-trained, professional, and highly considerate of me and my condo neighbours in how they did their work. They also were impressively efficient. Everything was gone and cleaned up very quickly. They informed me that the company would donate usable items and take of disposing the rest in the proper places. Super convenient service!

Professional, respectful, and worth the price. I would not hesitate to use or recommend the service in the future.

Booked appt at 8 am, junk gone at 8:30! Fast, efficient, friendly service with distancing.

We had a huge pile of junk from 10 years of sitting in a cold cellar that I had piled outside. My neighbours added some more, even a trampoline! The two guys who came were friendly and nice and super efficient. They left the lawn spotless. Went through some of the junk and piled what they couldn't take to the side and told me who to call to come get it. I will use them again for sure. They were even early!

Austin and Ricardo made my junk removal process so easy. They showed up exactly when planned, and completed the work very quickly! They were both very polite, and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be using their service again!

Quoted a 1/3-1/2 truck load if I include a couch with the cardboard. I opted to not include it. They billed me for 1/3 truck load in the end anyways for a bunch of cardboard and foam. Also left a bunch of broken glass in my driveway from what appears to be a shattered glass bottle from another disposal.

At least they removed the junk that was quoted, so the service itself was okay. If you overlook leaving glass in my driveway.

Arrived on time and were very friendly
Took everything away as promised while I hung around and watched them work - my second time and will definitely use again
