Using A1 was a mistake I'll never make again. Some of my complaints were that they damaged/broke my possessions and furniture, refused to set up the furniture they had taken apart, left garbage at my previous house, left items (including a original painting) at my previous house. When I contacted them to resolve this dispute, they promised me a $300.00 refund. I never received the refund, despite several inquiries about it. If you value your possessions and want to have a safe and pleasant move, please reconsider using A1 Moving.
