After seeing the reviews on this web site, I decided to go with this company.

The sales man was quick to come but could have paid a little more attention to the details. He never once asked if I wanted a retrofit or from the brick. Once we signed on they came and did the measurements within a week. Then it was an eight week wait for them to install.

After nine weeks (the eighth week landed the same week as Thanksgiving so I gave them an extra week) I called them and they were quick to get back to me and arrange a date for installation.

The installers were friendly, clean and did a terrific job. I am very pleased with all that was done.

The product and installation was exceptional,on time and provided the weather proofing I was looking for.The sales man John and installer Jim were both very courteous and knowledgeable in the product and what I needed done to properly weather proof my home.

We had purchased a bay window for our family room Wow the room looks so much bigger for our little bungalow, thank you Brock we love it. Looks so nice our cats love it to.

Amry and his guys were really a pleasure to have work in our old house they did bang up job and cleaned up after . the sales rep rectified a small problem quick cant say enough!!!!!

to help clean any mess up to my surprise it was minimal you couldnt even tell we had a major renovation done except for the new windows, will use you guys again and Im sure the neighbours will call since they already asked. Keep it up

Contacted brock to do my reno and happy to report back they did a great job and I am very happy , the inlaws were impressed too and they are not easy to make happy ,no mess no fuss Thank You!

had a very tight budget and time schedule to get work done and brock doors came through on both. i have since recommended them to family, friends and business associates.

We were extremely impressed with this company. Mike Nolet came to our home and spend over 2 hours helping us pick the best suited windows for our house. He was very patient and seem genually concerned that we were getting the best windows and deal for our money. Thanks Mike!
