Don’t order windows from Brock!
I ordered windows & waited almost a month for them to come & re-measure in order to actually order the windows. I ended up cancelling my order & going with someone else. Now I’ve been waiting another two weeks to get my deposit back & getting no responses to my emails & voicemails.
I’ve now wasted almost 6 weeks in getting my windows replaced!
Terrible customer service!!
