Replaced 9 windows and patio door
Called a few of the top-rated windows companies listed on this site, but Brock came across as the most professional and knowledgeable. At first I got 3 windows (including 2 bay windows) and a patio door installed in July. Everything went so well that I hired Brock again in late December to replace all on my 2nd floor windows. Had the same salesperson and installation crew for both jobs. Salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. Installation crew showed up on time for both installs. They worked efficiently and cleaned up fairly well afterwards.
Also, after the first install I noticed a small problem with one of my window screens. Called and they told me to bring it in, they fixed it on the spot, free of charge, no hassles at all.
So overall great service and would use them again and recommend them to others.
