We had Brian come out and give us a quote..he was very helpful in assisting us and making recommendations on which windows to get and casement windows ..He answered all our question and concerns promptly.
We had our measurements done and installation date was scheduled without any issues.
On the day of installation Russel and his crew (Dillon and George) arrived on time. They were very efficient in removing existing windows and installing new windows and Patio door. George went out of his way and returned on a weekend to complete the trimmings when he did not have enough material to complete the last 2 windows and was very thorough and helpful.. In all a very pleasant experience in dealing with Brock Doors and Windows.
