From start to finish, from the initial phone call, to thte home visit by sales, to the completion of the installation, the service of all Brock personnel was exceptional. Every employee was helpful, courteous, and patient. They listened to all of our questions, offered advice, and delivered professional service.

- I wish there was something I could add here, but all services provided (administrative, sales, and installation) were excellent.

- Don't select a firm based on price alone. One of the selling features of using Brock was that the salesperson (Walter) had had over 15 years experience with NorthStar Windows and recommended them highly as they produced the windows completely (as opposed to buying already-made parts and merely assembling them into windows). You can't beat many years of excellent quality and service.
