We had three windows replaced by Brock Doors and Windows yesterday.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have new windows installed.
Everyone we dealt with was professional and very friendly. The installers, Harry, Jorge and Francisco all deserve recognition for the great job they did. They arrived at the agreed upon time and were extremely quick and efficient in removing the old windows and installing the replacement windows. We were very impressed. They also washed the windows inside and out, swept up and took away all the debris. The sales rep, Rob, was very pleasant to deal with and we would ask for him again. After the job was finished, Heidi phoned from the office to make sure we were satisfied. Last but not least, the windows look perfect!
