Very professional sales rep (Sandy) - no pressure. Excellent product offering and very competitive pricing. The team that installed the windows and doors were fantastic (Mike,Billy & Ron). In fact I used Brock last year on my rental property and I was so impressed that I had them back this year to do my own home. I have recommended them to many friends and neighbours that are considering replacing their windows and doors.
