I have been a Satisfied Brock customer for years. Recently I had an issue with the internal blinds in my patio doors. Contacted Brock and within days I received a service call from Northstar who confirmed the quality issue and fixed the problem under warranty. First rate quality windows and now first rate after market service. Recommend Brock windows for total customer satisfaction.
