We are a valued customer of Brock.All windows and patio door have been purchased and installed by Brock.Superb work.Decided to continue this loyalty with the purchase of a new garage door.Sales quote on August 6,measurements on August 29,installation on October 8,capping on November 2 followed by a return visit week or so later to re-install the control panel.Phoned several times to find out why the long waits between phases.Was told at one point I was not on the schedule for one of the stages.Complained several times to salesperson who was sympathetic.For all my inconvenience as a valued and loyal customer,some manager at Head Office in their wisdom,sent me an awesome gift certificate for $25 at a restaurant!Left him a message indicating this was an insult.

Generally the install project timeline for Garage Doors is 8 weeks. We were able to install the garage door in approx. 5 weeks, unfortunately the extra capping required was scheduled a few weeks later.
